Series P-W & SHW - OXYGEN & ACETYLENE - Hose Reels

 

Hose supplied on reel is twin-siamese type meeting R.M.A. and C.G.A. type V.D. grade R specifications. Use of other types of hose is not recommended.

  • Non-sparking locking ratchet secures hose at desired length. Includes 18" inlet hose assembly.
  • Fully automatic self-retracting reel wraps, stores, & protects hose.
  • High-quality steel construction & durable epoxy powder-coat finish.
  • 1/4" bent steel base & support post has no structural welding adding rigidity, reducing vibration.
  • Heavy Duty 1" solid steel axle with 1" self-lubricated precision bearings.
  • Heavy ribbed steel discs with rolled edges for maximum strength & safety.
  • Swivel lock bracket relieves inlet hose & fitting tension, ensuring maximum safety.
  • Lubricated factory-balanced spring motor, constructed on in-house proprietary custom machinery, ensures the highest quality & long lasting reliability.
  • Cartridge-style spring motor easily accessed, serviced and/or replaced if necessary.
  • Multi-position locking ratchet easily secures hose at desired length.
  • Guide arm adjusts for various mounting positions including wall, floor, ceiling, & vehicle.
  • Detachable roller-guide with smooth rollers eliminates pinching & reduces hose wear.
  • Protective spring guard on inlets protects hose from rubbing & wearing.
  • Adjustable solid rubber hose stop for convenient lead length positioning.

 

 

SWIVEL
Body and spool are made of solid brass. These swivels are designed for simultaneously conveying two gases. Ported for safety. Double "o" ring sealed design prevents leakage.

QUICK MOUNT CEILING BRACKET
The Quick Mount Ceiling Bracket easily installs and mounts Coxreels P & SH Series hose reels for overhead applications. The bracket eliminates the often time-consuming and difficult task of bolting the reel to an overhead surface. For overhead mounting, Durable Crinkle Black powder-coat finish
Part #15723 - mounts reel to flat overhead surface, Weight: 6.5 lbs.
 
Part #15724 - is required to mount the 15723 to an overhead "I" & "H" beam. Must be ordered in addition to the 15723. Weight: 5 lbs.
