Hose Fittings Couplings Connectors

Industrial Fittings are used in pipe and plumbing systems to connect straight pipe or tubing sections, to adapt to different sizes or shapes, and to regulate fluid flow. . We carry a large line of fittings, air accessories, cam & groove, hydraulic, push in, sanitary, shank and dry break from a variety of manufactures to handle just about every need.  In addition,  there are a number of other hose fittings, such as air hose fittings, hydraulic fittings, push in hose fittings, camlock hose fittings, sanitary fittings, shank hose fittings, steam hose fittings, dry break fittings, push to connect fittings and TODO-MATIC fittings. Each will be described below.

Camlock Hose Fittings
Camlock Hose Fittings, also known as Cam and Groove Fittings, are a type of hose coupling that are designed to quickly connect and disconnect the fittings to a pipe or hose. They are used for a variety of fluids and liquids, so they come in several materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, carbon steel and ductile iron. The many different industries that utilize Camlock Hose Fittings for a variety of applications include food, chemical, industrial, government, sanitary, marine, aviation, waste water and irrigation industries.

Air Hose Fittings
Air hose fittings are also known as air hose couplings, their primary use is for joining pneumatics as well as regulating compressed air flow.

Hydraulic Fittings
Hydraulic hose fittings are optimal for use in attaching hoses to various hydraulic machines and tools. It is important to select the right fittings and of a good quality to ensure better efficiency and performance from hydraulic tools. Some important features of hydraulic couplings are the configuration for dual-flow shut off for optimal performance and sight flow indicators.

Push In Hose Fittings
Push in hose fittings are used to quickly connect air or water lines, without the use of clamps and other tools. Grip rings are used with these fittings to hold tubes in place.

Sanitary Fittings
Sanitary fittings are used in dairy and other food-related industries and must be USDA and FDA approved. These specialty fittings come in several different types, such as gaskets, clamps, I-Line fittings, bevel seat fittings, butt weld fittings and clamp fittings.

Shank Hose Fittings
Shank hose fittings are optimal for use in industries where fluid handling is required. They are made from a variety of materials, such as hastelloy, brass, stainless steel, aluminum and plated and un-plated steel.

Steam Hose Fittings
Steam hose fittings are vitally important for high pressure steam applications. Steam can be an incredibly dangerous material to be transported through hose, so great care must go into selecting the right steam hose fittings.

Dry Break Fittings
Dry break fittings are used in the safe transfer of hazardous materials. These fittings are designed to provide quick disconnects and no spills. These are ideal for oil rigs, gas/propane, barges, tanker vehicles, petroleum and chemical applications.

Push To Connect Fittings
Push to connect fittings are optimal for a specific application situation. These fittings are used when cylinder access is difficult or another fitting is connected to the cylinder port.

TODO-MATIC Fittings
Like dry break fittings, TODO-MATIC fittings are designed for the safe transfer of hazardous materials with no spills. They are also designed for high flow capacity and quick disconnect. They are easily operated with a single rotation and can be made from stainless steel, aluminum, brass or hastelloy.
