Type 22 (Weld Ends)
Hosexpress is a proud distributer of UNA-FLEX Type 22 expansion joints. These expansion joints are provided with carbon steel weld ends on both ends. The weld ends are beveled per ANSI standards. The schedule 40 (sch std.) pipe is used through 12”ND and ¼” wall thickness for sizes over 12” unless specified otherwise. The UNA-FLEX metal bellows are manufactured from solution annealed A/SA240 321SS sheet rolled into a tube and seam welded. Mulit-ply bellows can manufactured and designed based on the design and application requirements.
