T-Bolt Clamps
The T-Bolt Clamp is one of Hosexpress’s most reliable clamps used in the commercial or industrial markets today. The T-Bolt clamp is known for its superiority for being used in numerous applications in hose and duct work connections. This T-Bolt Clamp can be used for water, oil, air, and many other low pressure fluid lines. The T Bolt Clamps come in both the TBC and STBC styles, which can easily be applied with a standard 7/16” socket wrench.
TBC Style Materials
- Alloy steel Bolt
- Torque rating 70 in/lbs
- Opens 4/64” above and tightens 14/64” smaller than nominal I.D. for a total of 18/64” range for clamps TBC256 through TBC750
- ¾” wide 300 series stainless steel band, .025” thick
- Opens 4/64” above and tightens 8/64” smaller than nominal I.D. for a total of 12/64” range for clamps TBC131 through TBC250
- T Bolts can be applied with a standard 7/16” socket wrench
STBC Style Materials
- Opens 1/16” above and tightens 1/16” smaller than nominal I.D. for a total of 8/64” range of 1/18” range for STBC131 clamp
- Torque rating 50in/lbs
- ¾” wide 300 Series Stainless steel band 0.25” thick
- Opens 1/16” above and tightens 7/32” smaller than nominal I.D. for total of 9/32” range for clamps STBC256 through STBC1288
- 300 Series Stainless steel bolt
- Opens 1/16” above and tightens 1/18” smaller than nominal I.D. for a total of 3/16” range for clamps STBC150 through STBC250
