Terms:	Order within the US Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), or Net 30 Days with approved credit. We are not exporting outside the United States at this time.
Delivery:	In most cases, the stipulations below will apply to all orders. Items in our current inventory will ship within 3 days. Items not in our inventory will ship from the manufactures inventory within 2 to 4 days depending if you meet their minimum requirements and availability. (In most cases, a manufactures location can result in a shorter delivery route and reduce delivery charge and decreased delivery time.) Please consult with your sales representative. A standard manufacture surcharge may apply to your drop shipped order depending on manufacture. Please consult with your sales representative. Hose Assemblies that are assembled in our shop will be in order as they are taken. A sales person may not be aware of the time it takes to assemble your order. Please coordinate your immediate needs at the time of ordering and establish a priority for best results. Hosexpress.com will not guarantee delivery of high-priority orders.
Pricing:	All pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing may also vary due to the increase of cost of raw materials that we may incur from the manufacturers that we represent.
Final Invoicing Logic	Material 1. Multiply the final agreed price of the product by it's quantity and do so for each product line item . Freight 2. For Domestic Orders, shipping will not be calculated until final receipt from the shipping agent and will be added to the final invoice upon receipt (to avoid freight charges, you may provide your own shipping method). International orders will be pre-calculated with a increased error margin to cover our expenses for errors or surprise duties and tariffs (to avoid estimated fright charges, you may provide your own shipping method). Handling 3. Hosexpress rewards our cash sales customers who pay via cash, check or net 30. If you pay by cash or check, a handling charge will not apply. For credit card orders, a four percent charge will apply to your total order including delivery. The 4% charge is accrued for all orders paid by credit card and there is no exception. Our objective is to provide you with the lowest possible price based on a cash transaction. If a credit card is presented for payment,then a transaction fee by our credit card company will be imposed.
Minimum Order Charge:	$25.00 minimum order.
Request for Returns:	Request for return of material must be approved prior to sending material back. All items are subject to a 35% restocking charge plus return freight unless the material shipped to the customer is defective or an incorrect part is shipped in error by HoseXpress or affiliates.
