Series A1730 Flexible FDA Polyethylene Hose
A flexible food grade hose for those applications in which a PVC hose may not be suitable.
• FDA - Material complies with 21 CFR 177.1350.
• RoHS - The product complies with the requirements of the EU directive 2002/95/EC which is on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Construction:
• Tube - 82 Shore "A" polyethylene in compliance with FDA(04) and RoHS(15) requirements.
• Reinforcement - High tensile strength yarn.
• Cover - 68 Shore "A" flexible polyethylene cover in compliance with FDA(04) and RoHS(15) requirements.
Features:
• Flexible non-chlorinated non-PVC hose.
• Can be incinerated without harmful emissions.
• Light weight.
Applications:
• Applications involving radiation or other contaminants that require disposal of the hose after use.
• Food transfer.
